The letter advises your debtor that if payment is not made within 14 days they run the risk of being placed on the e-bcm Debtors List, which is visible to all our subscriber. This action would inevitably have an adverse effect on their 'credit rating' and is a powerful encouragement to pay you first, if they have the ability to do so.
The final demand letter includes first class recorded delivery and the option to Name & Shame. A copy of the letter is stored for your reference and by clicking on the Track & Trace link will take you to the Royal Mail website in which you can view the proof of delivery. This information is available for a period of 12 months.
