Please complete the details below where applicable and click the submit button. Once these details have been received the relevant number of BT MeetMe accounts will be opened.

You will then be advised by email of the following;

• dial-in telephone number (one number can be shared for everyone, or each individual can be allocated their own number)
• wo unique PIN numbers (one Chairperson PIN number and one Participant PIN number).

These PIN numbers remain unchanged, so you can publish the BT MeetMe telephone number and Participant PIN number on your business cards.
Please keep your Chairperson PIN number secure.
When you have these details and you want to use BT MeetMe, simply decide the time of your meeting and advise all the participants of the MeetMe number and Participant PIN number, to enter the call. At the time of the call, dial in and enter your Chairperson Pass Code and everyone will be connected together on one call.
