Frequently asked questions of the basic functions for BT MeetMe

How To Use The Chairperson Controls   (return to top)

In addition to the basic controls the Chairperson can use these features;
  #1 for a conference roll call
  #2 for a conference participant count
  *2 to stop the audio message
  *7 to lock/unlock the conference
  ## to end the conference

The Chairperson can also dial out to additional participants, speak to them in private and return to the meeting with or without them;
  #3 to initiate the chairperson dial out (wait for dial tone and then dial as normal)
  #4 to connect both parties back into the conference
  #5 to connect just the Chairperson back into the conference

How To Use The Basic Controls     (return to top)

Once in the meeting everyone can use theses basic feature
  *0 signals an operator for assistance
  *4 sets the automatic voice equalisation
  *6 mutes/unmutes your phone only

How To Customise The Call   (return to top)

Log onto BT conferencing Online Services at http://online.conferencing.bt.com
Enter your email address and chosen password
Choose "Customise BT MeetMe"
Once you have the conference options you may amend the choices and submit the changes

Web Control And Collaboration Tools   (return to top)

The conference can be viewed and controlled via a web browser.  This enables participants to see who else is present and allows the Chairperson even more control over the meeting.
The web enhanced application also features powerful data collaboration tools for allowing the sharing of ideas, documents, spreadsheets or other applications.   This enhances the MeetMe call by allowing increased activity as participants are able to view a graphical representation of the conference, collaborate and share applications.
